The State of California requires employers to provide workers’ compensation coverage for their employees. This coverage may provide benefits, as set by law, to employees who are injured as of result of their work.

All CDA members that have a dental practice and employees.

Payment Options
- Annual – one lump sum payment
- Semi-annual – two payments per policy year
– First payment must equal 60% of the premium plus 100% of assessment fee - Quarterly – four payments per policy year
– First payment must equal 40% of premium plus 100% of assessment fee; Remaining 3 payments equally divided
